Siri won’t stop talking, I have to double click to get into icons, and I can’t scroll down it just happened.
your phone has voiceover turn on. it for blind people. touch 1 time to hear what your tapping. touch 2 times to choose. go to Settings > General > Accessibility. voiceover off! that’s it
Thanks this was my problem I was fixing to factory reset it too
