Both of my Blu phones, the Vivo Air ,are not reading the sim cards, any idea as to why. ??
They worked fine for 12 months, I used Tesco in England, then changed back to T Mobile here, that’s when neither went back to working.
there are two types of networks, CDMA and GSM. CDMA SIM cards are not compatible with GSM phones, and vice-versa. Also, if you have not unlocked your phone from it’s carrier and are trying to use a SIM card from another carrier, it will not work. You may also have a damaged SIM card.
