A while ago, I removed the sim card form my Iphone. Today I decided to reset it. When I did, it said I must put a sim card in the device. But when I did, it didnt show up. So, I tried to eject it. I can get the tray to pp put, but not all the way out. I do not want to take the back off my phone. Update (03/19/2016) I could not manage to force it out, and do not have the tools to open the back.
What are you using? You can push in the with the SIM tool, a needle, a paper clip. If it is staying stuck, you can grab it with tweezers or fine pliers and pull it out. But beware that may be the SIM ejector is broken or the SIM is jacked up and stuck, and not letting the SIM tray slide out. In which case it is better to lift the screen and work it from inside.
