He tossed it inside the door against my wall!! I cannot believe this!!! I bought it from walmart online but it comes from an independent seller (so not actually from store, it’s thru trusted sellers they use for online transactions). Anyway, I have 15days to return this or I’m screwed. How do I know if there is significant damage. It’s supposed to be an Xmas present for my daughter and I can’t afford to go buy much else, so I need to KNOW this is okay. I’m freaking out. Christmas is a month away so it’s not gonna be played enough to test it well. I’m trying to play it some now to check it. Can anyone tell me specific ways to check it or test it and what to look for? Please. I’m desperate for help here. Thanks in advance to any help.
Hi, I’m sorry to hear about your experience with FedEx. It should be noted that packaging on consoles is usually very good. To test the console you should take it out of the box and plug it into a tv, if there are no abnormal noises you should be fine. If you have any games on a disc you can also see if these work. Play Station 4 consoles are very durable so you should be fine. However, it is definitely worth making a complaint to FedEx. Kind regards Sam
