My M9 cell does not receive or make calls, it is original imei, it connects to the normal data network, and the pc does not recognize it even though it has the drivers installed. Mi celular M9 no recibe ni realiza llamadas, es imei original, se conecta a la red de datos normal, y la pc no lo reconoce a pesar de que tiene los driver instalados.
Check if the Imei is blocked. Not sure what the best website is to check the Imei number. Usually second hand, or found phones may have a blocked imei. Pretty common thing.
