I am having the same problem with my iPhone 4. I’ve had it for about a year but I’ve never had any problems out of it until this morning I woke up to think my phone would be charged and it had decreased significantly. Now when I plug it in to the charger it shows the charging symbol but the battery will continue to decrease. Please help! Notes: battery hasn’t been replaced since I’ve bought it.
Whitney Bryant,start by checking to make sure that your cable is okay. Clean the dock connector. Use some isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air. Check for broken,bend or corroded pins. If all the checks out okay, replace the battery. There are a few more things that could cause this, but they are all logic board related. Started with the easy things first. hi, I have the same problem i’ve replace the chargingport and the battery as well but still the same problem, any suggestion on the logic board??? thank you
