Shows error massage on “E 100-0001”
Hi, Try a power reset and see if this resolves the problem for you. Switch off the printer if it is turned on, then switch off the power outlet and remove the printer’s power cable from the outlet. Wait for 5-10 minutes. Reconnect the printer’s power cable to the power outlet, switch on the outlet, then switch on the printer and see if it performs normally. If you get the same error message after doing this 2-3 times then the problem is either in the Laser Scanner Unit or the Engine Controller Board (one of these will have to be replaced).
