chris meadows, “only problem is i have no usb or wall charger as friend mistakenly took mines do i need to charge new battery first” eventually you will need to charge it somehow. So you may need to invest in a new charger/cable. Second you need to clean the logic board carefully. You said that it was water damaged, but did not tell us about any corrosion. I suggest that you disassemble your phone, using this guide. Get some isopropyl alcohol (90%) and clean the board and all the connectors with a soft toothbrush. Check for any burned, missing or otherwise damaged looking components. Take your time with that and use some sort of magnifier. You may have to clean the board a few times, depending on the corrosion, debris etc. After that reinstall and see what you get. Hope this helps, good luck.

try to damage the battery by yourself and go to apple store and get it replaced
