Hello,I have bought some 2 or 3 batteries for my mid-2010 MacBook Pro in recent years. All of them have swollen after a year or two. They have been cheap Chinese replacements I guess. Would the iFixit battery be any better? Or is my MacBook too old for nowadays’ internet and multimedia and this is what will swell any battery? Otherwise my Macbook works like a charm, it is not slow or anything. I would love to continue using it.Thanks.
from what I can tell, and have seen, iFixit’s batteries are probably the best you can get from a replacement. iFixit’s batteries are very high quality and the chances of your iFixit battery swelling are very low. Even if it did swell up, iFixit has you covered.
