iPhone 6s screen is black From what I can tell the rest the phone is still working, still connected to my computer although I have no access because I can’t unlock it Don’t really want to completely repair it, just need to get it unlocked and allow access to my computer to do the back up One friend suggested lightning to HDMI so I can see the screen Still not sure of the touch is working so that’s iffy Any ideas?
This could just be a backlight issue, to be certain shine a bright light on the screen when you connect it to iTunes. If you see a dim image, then it’s a backlight issue. But you should see the image enough and if the touch works, you can always punch in your PIN. Chances are this is easily repairable as well and the iPhone 6S still holds a lot of value.
