hi i problem with iphone x first its short in vdd main i solved that with removing the shorted capasitor after that, phone successfully booting into home screen but t trying charging and i get fake charging problem and my problem fixed after change U3300 i think problem solved then i charging about 30 min and i dont know why this phone restarted and bootloop in apple logo,, and my board temperature to high then i check output pmu i found PP_CPU_ECORE short i was remove inductor and check both side and found its short didn’t from pmu but to CPU line i was remove all capasitor in line PP_CPU_ECORE and still short what is CPU problem? any solution?
You most likely put too much heat on the board while doing your repairs. As the CPU is under filled any excessive heat will cause bridging between the pads. A CPU re-ball is the only answer.
