Chosen Solution
My Samsung model LN-T4665F takes several attempts to come on after pressing power button. Many times screen comes up with grains and unclear. I am looking for a solution to fix it.
@sthomas, could be a T-con board issue. It would help if you could post a couple of images of what your screen looks like with your question. For that use this guide Samsung also had trouble with using inferior capacitors. So you’ll have to take the back of the TV and check your boards. Look for domed or leaky caps. Again, if you post some images we possibly could help you more.
