My customer has a Bendix King GPS version 17 that he would like to use on the Windows partition of his MacBook. I though some of you flyers might be able to help on this one. On the Windows side I really know nothing. Any suggestions?
i think you mean a usb2serial converter (to connect a device with a rs232 port to a computer with a usb port) - right? i simply would buy one of those cables or small converters - building it isn’t useful if you don’t have the drivers for that. i use one of those things to “play” with sattelite receivers ;-) it’s simple under windows, instal the driver,restart, connect the converter and use the device.
