Solved Sd Card Read Error Even When The Sd Car Is There Canon Powershot Sx150 Is

When i turn on my Cannon SX 150 IS, it keeps giving me a “no SD card installed” error message when i try to look at or take pictures. i do have the SD card in the slot. What can i do to fix this?

Hi, Have you tried the SD Card in a card reader connected to a PC to prove it still works? Have you tried another known working SD Card in your camera to see if the camera’s SD Card reader works?
