Your camera may be defective. A more difficult case, since its various components can fail: connectors, camera sensors, elements of the motherboard electronic media. In the latter case, the best way out will be to conduct diagnostics in a specialized center.
Hi, Check that the internal storage setting in the camera is set to Auto Go to Menu > Setup > Internal Storage. If it is set to “Internal memory” change it to Auto and see if the SD card is now detected. If it was already set to Auto or if it still doesn’t work after you changed it to Auto, then there may be a problem with the card reader in the camera. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a service manual or a video that may help in opening the camera so that the problem can be further diagnosed. Hopefully you may have better luck.
