I have an Asus N550JK and have been unable to discover the specs for the screws that hold the bottom on. I believe they’re Torx T5 screws. If I could find the general spec (for ex. M2x3mm) and the thread pitch, then I could buy replacements. I’ve tried many ways to find this information, including searching for repair manuals but have turned up nothing. Does anybody have access to this information?
Hi @warinw Here’s a list of screws used in the laptop. Unfortunately it doesn’t show which screw size goes where. You may have to use a thin wire to measure the depth of the screw hole to hopefully determine the appropriate screw for the hole.
