Does anyone have any information on the screw sizes on the iPhone 6. Particularly the 5 screws that hold the lcd,digitzer, home button and speaker flex metal bracket/plate down. Going back to the iPhone 5 I remember that using the wrong screw size can lead to damaging the motherboard. Sometimes the screws can get muddled up for whatever reason so I’d like to be sure I always use the correct screws when replacing screens etc. Any help on this would be very appreciated. Thanks
craigad24, just use the guides like this one. Each step will have the screw size listed in it.
I measured these using a digital caliber. This is off of an iPhone 6, 4.7screen. I measured the entire screw length. The measurement is for the entire screw length
i am using a magnetic screw chart mat like this one, works perfect
Do you measure the whole length or just to the head
