i had the phone on one day but it was messing up and wouldn’t show my pictures so i turned it off and back on and i wont go past the htc screen. i called at&t and htc for help but thaty said its nothing they can do since i brought the phone on ebay. i hadn’t even had it for a month yet an im inlove wit the phone plz help!!!!!
Thanks for posting your problem. I have just fixed this problem on a customer’s Phone. You will need to replace the MicroSDHC card in your Phone. You will need to take apart the phone, at least partways, to do this. Here are the parts needed: Torx 5 Screwdriver 00 Phillips Screwdriver 16GB MicroSDHC Memory Card (found here: http://goo.gl/6urM7) As a note, the card in the Phone I was fixing was a Class 4. Unfortunately AT&T or HTC won’t help being that this item was purchased as is/used and most likely is damaged. I would try to Hard Reset the HTC and see if that helps. If not, check back here for further troubleshooting.
SD internal replacement.you also can use 32g card. (Standard sd card)
