I have an iphone 11 and I have issues with my screen. The touch works, the screen isnt cracked, but the screen is black with white lines, What is the issue and how do I fix this?
The issue is most likely the screen, which can be damaged even without visual damage(like cracked glass). Can you confirm that all of the ribbon cables coming off of the display are seated firmly, and the bracket holding them down is seated doen firmly?
