Try see if voice memo works, probably it doesn’t either. If you do a search in the iFixit database you’ll see plenty of iPhone 7 users with microphone issues. They are usually due to a fault in the logic board and need a microsoldering Pro to take care of the repair. It’s a routine but challenging repair as on the flip side of the board there are crucial components that may be easily damaged, so choose wisely a reputable shop. Screen not turning is probably caused by a faulty gyroscope..since logic board needs a repair anyway let the tech know of this issue too.
