I replaced my battery in February. Since then my screen won’t lay flat and is popping out on the left side. It looks like the battery has swelled some. The phone will glitch when I turn on my data or WiFi. If the battery power is below 90% and then will drain in less than 10 minutes if it isn’t plugged in. The last version upgrade was 11.0.2 Please Help!!
It definitely seems like a dud battery. I would replace it again. Is the battery the reason the phone screen won’t sit straight? Is there something blocking the parts on the housing where the screen clips in? Are the pentalobe screws screwed in fully? (I had a phone once which would only screw together when you pushed down really hard on the screen). However, I would not suggest pushing down on the screen to screw it together if the battery is swollen. Replace it, and then reply back if it fixes the problem.
