My screen does have a little crack in the top right corner but I have had that crack for almost a year now. But just the other day it wont respond to my touch and I can’t figure out why.
This could be due to dirt cluttering up the touchscreen. Try using a cleaning cloth or microfiber cleaning cloth to clean off any debris that may have gotten on screen. If this doesn’t work, you may have to change the screen.
