Chosen Solution

I recently dropped my phone, shattering the back glass. Four days later the phone stopped accepting a charge. When I plugged it in it made the sound indicating that it was receiving a charge. The battery icon also showed it was receiving a charge. However, the charge percentage never went up. I just replaced the back panel and took the battery out and then put it back in. Everything inside appeared stable and intact.

Good luck with your replacement battery, Ryan! If that doesn’t solve your problem, it is possible that the dock connector got damaged during the drop. This would explain why all of your problems seem to occur when you plug the phone in. Try installing the replacement battery, but if that doesn’t help, consider installing a replacement dock connector. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I would very carefully retrace all your steps. Re-seat the battery connector.

Replace the batteries

The Same is happenning with me but the positive side is the battery percentage is not either dropping any below from last two days instead of heavy usage..and it is still now at 6% from the last two days I wish i could aunction my immortal phone to make money
