when plugging in, screen shows dead battery, but will not charge. tried different cords and wall adapters
Check and see if the charging port needed to be cleaned out. More often then not that’s all it needs. The lightning ports build up pocket lent and dust really easily. If you have tried this and it’s still not charging you may need to replace the charging port and in rare case replacing the battery may also fix that issue.
