Here’s an interesting one. Customer dropped there phone causing the right side of the digitizer to stop working. There was no external damage though. I replaced the screen and when I fired it back up the earpiece speaker isn’t working (ordered a new one) and more strange is that the front facing camera works but when you switch to the rear facing camera it freezes the app. In snapchat, the button to switch to rear facing camera isn’t even there anymore. Has anybody seen this before? Thanks!
Try disconnecting then reseating the screen cables and the back camera cable. Then put back the shield making absolutely sure you don’t mix up the screws. Let me know if this helped. If not, we can look for other causes.
