I recently replaced an evo screen like normal but this time when u hit home on the new screen or any of the bottoms button I get no response except for it hits the bottom of the phones option whatever is above the button I select Wat do I do ?????
You likely didn’t connect the cable going to the digitizer correctly. Before you do anything else, take the iPod apart again reconnect the digitizer until the connection is fully flat. If this doesn’t work and the rest of the iPod is good, you likely have a defective replacement digitizer.
