Computer screen only shows .Operating System Not Found. Nothing else comes up when switched on
Hi, Sounds like there is a problem with the HDD (Hard Disk Drive. Go into the BIOS area and see if the HDD is detected. (to do this as soon as the laptop powers up press the F2 key. If the laptop beeps release key for only a moment and press it again. If you end up at the error message again shutdown the laptop by pressing and holding the Power button until it shuts down then try again.) Once in the BIOS area navigate around until you find the HDD detection setting and see if anything is listed. What OS is installed in the laptop?
