Chosen Solution
So my phone fell in the swimming pool and I removed the case and SIM card and shook out any extra water. Put the phone in bowl of rice, but now I’m worried because the screen kept flickering, I didn’t turn it off or anything.. Will it be okay? Is there anything more I should have done?
You ruined a good bowl of rice. Rice as a desiccant is an old wives tale. Take a look at the iFixit water damage guide here: Electronics Water Damage
I tried to put it against my car ac vent and blew in warm air, improved for a bit then got worse. dont really know now.
