why is my screen upside down ?

Try control+shift+up arrow

for normal windows : Ctrl + Alt + and for 180 deg it is : Ctrl + Alt + In windows 10 you need to do it old school right click the desktop and select display settings then choose orientation then select landscape should fix you right up

Thinkpad does not let you anymore. Not even sideways or upside down.

Just restart it thats what always works for me.

Maybe it is not the display, but the taskbar.
