I recently dropped my Samsung a50. It had a case and a screen protector on, they both didn’t come out from the drop. The screen is not cracked and the touch screen doesn’t respond to any of my touches. I tried restarting it and now im locked out of my phone because now, face id won’t work unless I swipe the thing but I can’t. I did contacted samsung and the guy told me to try restarting it and putting it in recovery mode. I wished I didn’t
Hi, It seems as though the screens have been damaged internally and will need to be replaced. Here’s a link to a video that shows how to replace the screen assembly.
