Hi guys, After LCD replacement my iPhone does not show any picture on the screen. When it is connected to a computer it constantly vibrates every 10 seconds or so. I have cleaned connectors on logic board and LCD already, I have also tried hard reset but without success. Now I am suspecting backlight filters since previous LCD does not have piece of tape on backlight flex contacts therefore I assume it shorted. I do not have multimeter at the moment to check continuity of the filters but I took some pictures. To me they look fine because mostly dead filter I have seen look kind of brow]nish. Also could you please tell me what is that capacitor responsible for in the left corner. It looks weird on one side. Thank you in advance. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ge6wmrpsyg0b5ihttps://www.dropbox.com/s/zo0jrnjaz36n4l

The missing tape on the 3 solder points for the backlight on the screen don’t necessarily cause issues with the phone. Because I have done many screen replacements with or without the tape. Also for the constant soft-rebooting issue that is most likely caused by either a damaged LCD flex cable or a faulty screen. I would get the screen replaced under warranty where you purchased it from. Also a blown backlight circuit does not cause this it would only cause at worst screen no backlight but with display.
