i have a sony bravia LED tv and first started by loosing some color on thescreen, later some white lines started appealing on the screen and now the screen goes black while the sound is still on. when i put it off and put it on the screen works then after some times it goes black again Update (08/23/2018)
@martoh this cold be a main board, t-con board or panel issue. By your description it sounds like a bad main board. We need to know the exact model of your TV to find put what boards are in yours. At this time you can remove the back of your set and check the boards for obvious damage like domed or leaking capacitors, burned traces etc. Post some pictures of what your screen shows as well as all the boards.
