Hi Guys, Bough this laptop 2nd hand and it was working fine yesterday. Today i decided to turn it on and this happened. https://imgur.com/OIipBmZ. Is it LCD problem or is the motherboard gone? Thanks.
It’s a RAM chip issue, which is on the logic board. Can try reflowing the RAM chips (may only fix temporarily since this is usually a bad chip) or replacing the affected chip(s). Alternatively replace the whole board. If you still have warranty, contact the seller
