Having had no major problems with my tab (GT-P5110) since I bought it 12 months ago, yesterday i was looking for something on Google and the screen just froze - for 4 hours! then just went off. Cant turn it on or anything.

Hi, Try to charge it with another cable (not from PC USB port). Try to enter the tablet into download mode or android recovery menu. (VolUp+Power or VolDwn+Power). If the tablet doesn’t go into this modes, you have a hardware problem. This can be:

• bad battery
• broken charging port, charging lines or i.c.
• problem with the mother board In this situation, the tablet must be opened and checked from the inside. Regards.
