I have a satellite that’s just over two years old, noticed last summer I was having some issues with Explorer pages flickering and turning white, usually when I have more than one window open or am watching a video. It stopped and didn’t come back until last week. Over the last few days it has happened quite a few times, I’ll have 2 or 3 windows open and one or two will just turn white or start flickering and the other will remain normal. If I minimize the window or close it, the desktop is not flickering and as I said, one window will remain normal. To stop this, usually have to close the page and reopen it. Not sure how this could be a hardware issue if only one page is affected but I have also had issues with Explorer freezing and needing to close a few times a week. I have Malwarebytes premium running, no malware on my computer according to that program. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Hello Zach Zach , it’s not ordinary malware, i could be add ware which is harm your browser or rendering issue of your GPU lets check it out

  1. Reset Browser
  2. Change the browser and check whether issue been solved
  3. Update your malwarebytes if available and re-scan your PC
  4. if above steps not works for you just connect your laptop to external monitor/ Display and load the browser and check the functions
  5. if external display also having same problem you may try to update your graphics driver
  6. clean the RAMs and recheck
  7. install the OS and check
  8. if non of above steps not works for you update the model number and we can help you to do hardware repair in graphics section Cheers!
