Chosen Solution
Recently changed iPhone 5S LCD, It was working well for few hrs. Now Bottom part of the home page, lock screen, youtube app etc is flickering. but the phone dialer, settings app view screen is not flicker. Basically screen flickers when there is color in screen, If screen is more white with text then there is no issue with flickering. Is this a hardware issue?
Probably just a faulty screen or connector wasn’t properly locked in place. Try removing lcd cables and put them back in place, when properly mounted you should get a light click as it goes in place. If the old screen is not too badly smashed you could try reinstalling that too to rule out possible hardware problems. Before reinstalling screen check with a good light source and some magnification that connectors are clean and free from debris.
