Chosen Solution
Last night I updated my Moto z4 which was mandatory. Ever since while my phone screen is asleep, not powered off, the phone screen will light up white for a split second, like a flash multiple times once about five-ten or so seconds. This is a new phone and I’ve only had it for about 8 months, so I am very nervous about getting malware or a virus, nothing else seems to be wrong with it, and it’s working fast like normal.
This appears to be an issue with the Android 10 update. A short term solution is to disable peek display, found in the Moto app.
