Chosen Solution
Just last night I uninstalled the display drivers from my AMD Acer E15 E522G84AK and during uninstall it shut down with an error VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. That restarted my laptop and then I was getting a purple screen on boot up and then it started to flash black and purple. It has been like that ever since.. What should I do..I am already panicking.. I just bought it a 2 weeks ago.
I actually tried to go through the BIOS but ended up with System Restore That did the trick My panicking heart is all stable now Yes I know about this stuff a lot I am not a n00b so I went through system restore. completely forgot about that. and KABOOM everything works just fine…
