Screen door won’t close completely without my lifting the closing pieces into place. Can this be fixed?

This is very common. Usually the door drops. First tighten the upper hinges and see if that pulls it up. If not you may have to put a shim on the lower hinge to push it out. When doing that I would start with an 1/8" shim and try it with the screws out and see if it is enough. If not add another one until it gets aligned.
