Hi there! My screen is unresponsive and it is also showing weird lines on it. I tried disconnecting the flex cables and reconnecting it with no avail. The screen is not cracked or damaged externally.

Try a new screen if you have tried reconnecting. Usually blocks of lines can appear if the touch is not plugged in properly or recognised. Check the connector on the board also.
Looks like your LCD went . I would try a new screen assembly. If re seating your cables didn’t work , then looks like the LCD went out
