Hi There, Hope that someone can help :) My screen is so badly cracked that the whole screen is lifting. I can see that the phone can go on and that it is still “working” BUT cannot see ANYTHING on the screen - cannot unlock, cable to PC for Files Transfer unavailable. I need urgent help to transfer all data from my phone to my PC. ALL HELP will be so much appreciated !!
You need a new screen ,that will fix your problem
