Hi, my Girlfriend just dropped her Iphone 5s and the screen is dead, the phone is still on and it vibrates when switching the mute switch. What is the safest way to backup her data as we can not unlock it? Her current laptop hasn’t been connected to the phone via iTunes before. Thanks in Advance! Also: Merry Christmas everyone!
You’ll need to either check for a iCloud backup if they have signed into iCloud on that iPhone otherwise get the screen replaced.
