hi can anyone tell me how to fix this, my son dropped his phone then the screen had lines on it, since then the screen is black and nothing is working, i have plugged it in the wall to charge but nothing happened, and now plugged it into my PC and it recognises the iphone but still nothing happens, i have tried to reset but still nothing, when i call the phone it rings but nothing happens on the 5c
Most likely your screen has gone bad. The ribbon cable on the end that goes to the LCD is very fragile on the iPhone 5c and can rip easily on drop. You can get the screen from here: iPhone 5c LCD and Digitizer Replacement guide for screen: iPhone 5c LCD and Digitizer Replacement
i have this problem at the moment and i can defiantly say it aint a screen problem as my screen been replaced today and still nothing and put new battery in and still nothing but itunes recognises it
