When I turn on my laptop everything is fine. But after 3-5 minutes the LCD back light is turning off and I could not see anything on the screen. If I am closing and reopening the screen lid, the light will come back for another minute and then goes again. Does anyone know what the problem is?
If the problem corrects itself when you move the screen you probably have a loose or damaged cable between the motherboard and the screen. You will need to open your computer and check for a loose connection or damaged cable. If the cable is damaged you will need to replace it.
