Chosen Solution
I had issues with certain letters and numbers not functioning on the keyboard when used vertically and ok when used horizontally and vice versa so replaced screen and digitiser and issue remains. Lost need help!!!
If there is a dead line down the screen (where touch is unresponsive in the same place for both screens) the issue is most likely with the touch connector on the board. Take a look at the connector, make sure there is no dust inside or bent pins. If the pins are damaged, you will need to solder a new connector.
