Trying to activate the phone. The screen says removed sim card. The card is in but when you try to make a call the screen says “radio off” call not sent dial emergency #. Called Tag mobile, they said to try the sim card in another phone. We don’t have another phone that takes the mini sim card. anyone with any ideas? This is a disabled client of mine, limited income, so has this phone and he needs it to work. Thanks to anyone who has an idea we could try.
the problem is probably that they already took down 2g towers this phone runs 2g so it would no longer work
@Linda Liggett wriglesworth Since the problem is 2G towers, you will have to get a new phone. Would you prefer a smart phone or flip phone? What carrier do you use?
