So I purchased the i9 with 512GB SSD. But since it’s blade, it never came with a SATA cable! I searched high and low and could not find a part for this. What can I do? Also, it looks like I can use a thermal sensor, does that mean I can just get a Samsung 860 2TB SSD drive? Thank you.
You’ll need the Late 2015, 17 & 19 27” iMac HD SATA cable is Apple P/N 923-00664 and the correct tapes iMac 27" VHB Display Tape Repair Kit - Apple Original (2017/19) and lastly, you’ll also need a 2.5" to 3.5" SSD/HDD Drive Tray for your SSD to mount to the 3.5” drive bay.
