I have a Sanyo LED-42XR10FH which has suddenly lost all channels and won’t auto tune or manual tune. Powers on fine, other devices connected work, just no channels. I have tried disconnecting from wall, factory resetting, checked all cords, replaced coaxial but continue to get a no signal message when trying to manual tune. Old tv but has worked perfectly until now.
Hi @am2250 , By other devices I assume that you mean that you connected a different signal source e,g dvd player, set top box etc, to either the HDMi input or the Component video input and got a picture, sound etc. Can you prove that there is signal from the antenna by plugging the aerial lead into another TV? If you got a picture from a non antenna signal source an the antenna is OK then the tuner module may be faulty. Unfortunately these are a sealed module directly mounted on the mainboard and are difficult to repair/replace. It is easier to get a new mainboard. Look for the mainboard “board number” printed on the board and then search online using the board number to find suppliers. match it to the exact model number for the TV.
