Hello, my Samsung led smart tv model no. UA32D5900 has restarting problem. TV is restarting on every 10 seconds interval. I used all methods like info-menu-mute-power, mute-1-8-2-power ect.. but there is no result. I can’t reset TV with this options.

Nayan Joshi does the screen come on and does the TV actually start fully up? Unplug your TV. Remove the battery from the remote. Disconnect all inputs and soundbar etc. Hold the power button down for about a minute. Then plug one local video source in (DVD/BR/Game Console. stay away from cable or sat box) Then plug the TV in and try to restart. Let us know what you get. If that did not work then the issue could be a damaged (power) board and you will have to remove the back cover and check the power board etc. for any obvious damaged components etc,. Post some pictures of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question Update (11/07/2019) Nayan Joshi the problem is your main board. Your processor has totally separated from the board. The only way to repair it is by having some professional reball the processor or you will need to replace the complete main board.
