@peter_bryer If you haven’t already done so try a power refresh. Disconnect the power from the TV and then press and hold the TV Power on/off button for 30 seconds and then release. Reconnect the power to the TV and try to turn it on and check what happens. If still no good try the following: Disconnect the power from the TV and then remove the back cover from the TV. Disconnect the cable between the power board and the main board. While there inspect the power board for bulging or blown capacitors or heat stressed components. Reconnect the power to the TV. The TV LED backlights should turn on full and stay on. There will be no picture because the mainboard has been disconnected. This is just a quick check of the power board. If the LEDs turn on and since the standby power LED was also working (before) it means that the power board is working up to a point anyway, as it is turned full on when the mainboard is disconnected. In this condition, if you have a Voltmeter you can test what the voltages are on the power board connector that the cable to the mainboard connects to. Their values should be marked nearby. If the power board voltages appear to be OK then most likely it is a problem with the mainboard. Be safety aware when working in the back of a TV with the power connected as there is exposed lethal AC voltage on the power board.
